Jethro Miller
With a long career as a development leader working with some of the largest nonprofit organizations, Jethro Miller has had an impact on people and communities around the globe.
As Vice President for Principal and Major Gifts at the American Red Cross, he built the organization’s principal gifts program and led all major gift fundraising from individual donors, raising more than $160 million annually.
At Planned Parenthood, Jethro increased annual fundraising from $120 million to $400 million and built the organization’s active donor file to more than 800,0000. He led Planned Parenthood’s first-ever capital campaign, raising $250 million plus an additional $360 million in future bequest intents.
As a consultant, Jethro has served a large variety of organizations, including campaign planning for The New York Climate Exchange, leadership coaching for Mi Familia Vota, and a development assessment for NYC Outward Bound Schools.
